Nature sets the table

In Admont, nature is always at the table. Many ingredients come from Upper Styria, from the valleys surrounding the Gesäuse National Park.

The cuisine combines regional ingredients with fresh ideas. The dishes are creatively interpreted and tailored so that everyone can discover their personal favourite flavours. Contemporary, enjoyable and firmly rooted in the region.

Pano Visum – Restaurant with a view over Admont

This is where your day at Spirodom begins and ends. In the morning with a breakfast that tastes of the region: bread, cheese and sausage from the surrounding area, eggs, fruit, warm classics. Accompanied by a view of Admont Benedictine Abbey and the mountains.

In the evening, enjoy a peaceful meal with a multi-course menu. Austrian cuisine, gently complemented by influences from elsewhere. A glass of wine and dishes that delight with regional flavours and subtle nuances. Often, that's all you need.

A morning in Upper Styria

The day begins with a step to the window. Light lies over the valley, the mountains frame the view. At the buffet, you can choose whatever you fancy: savoury, sweet, light or hearty.

A breakfast that gives you strength – for hikes in the Gesäuse, a visit to Admont Abbey or a quiet day at home.

Fine moments indoors and outdoors

On the terrace, you have a front-row seat. Before you lies the mountain world of Upper Styria. Above you is the sky. An afternoon coffee, a glass of wine in the evening – and in between, nothing but the view of the landscape.

The day draws to a quiet close in the bar and lounge. A fireplace, comfortable armchairs, a small circle of guests. You reflect on the day, perhaps after a trip to the Benedictine monastery in Admont or a hike in the Gesäuse mountains. A place where there is nothing left to do.
